With E-Statements, your monthly statements will be available once you log in to your account online instead of being sent to your mailbox… saving you time and also reducing the possibility of identity theft.
To sign up for E-Statements, simply log into your account, go to Online Services and select "E-statements."
You will then be able to view them, in PDF format, by logging into your JHFCU account and going to the E-Statements menu option. You will receive an e-mail at the beginning of each month letting you know when your monthly statement is available for viewing.
I signed up for E-Statements, where are my Tax Forms?
Once you begin to receive E-Statements, you will also receive other documents such as Tax forms and account sensitive notices online as well (which is quicker and more secure than mail).
Note: Not all account holders will receive a tax form. If interest earned is less than $10, or mortgage interest paid is less than $10, you will not be issued a form.
Forms you may be issued, depending on whether you have a share, loan or retirement account at JHFCU, include:
- Form 1098 – Mortgage interest paid
- Form 1099-INT – Interest earned
- Form 1099-R – Retirement distributions
- Form 1099-Q – Coverdell Education Savings
- Form 5498 – IRA fair market value and contributions (available in May)
