First of all let me congratulate the Johns Hopkins FCU for the excellent service they provide. Ever since I moved my accounts to the Credit Union, I stopped paying banks all kinds of fees. A big chunk of my money went to pay "BANK FEES" Now that I do business with JHFCU, I am managing my money better and know exactly what I have.

I am renovating my home, and have run into expenses I did not anticipate. I had already taken out a 20K loan, and still needed more cash to pay contractors. I called, and the representative answered, helped me kindly, and had my loan re-upped to the 20K in a very short period of time. I will now be able to complete and sell my house. Thank you!!!
Spoke to Michele on Jan 29th... She was very helpful and very patient with me in regards to what I was calling about. She also answered and was very helpful answering questions about a change in my direct deposit. I don't usually do this, but her help, kindness and professional attitude stood out which prompted me to want to acknowledge her.

I know that everyone is extremely busy at the CU so I called the day before around 4:50p to follow-up on my loan status. I want to commend Ms. Tina Horn for her exceptional help in getting my loan processed. When I opened my email this morning, I was very pleased to find Ms. Horn’s e-mail regarding my approved loan. Reopened my account after several years because I was in car market and they had excellent loan rates. From the time I sat down with my customer service rep (Tiaira) to walking out with a blank check loan took only 20 minutes. Great customer service and a rate the car dealer could not touch. The 1% rebate was a cherry on the top..
I have been a member with the Johns Hopkins Federal Credit Union for several years and I have been pleased since opening my accounts with them. When I purchased a used car at Carmax, they made the process smooth and seamless. The customer service I have received when traveling has been great as well. They contacted me immediately when my debit card was compromised a few years ago. The level of security precautions that they take are second to none. I am highly pleased with my membership at the Johns Hopkins Federal Credit Union and thank them for all that they do for members
