Been a member over 20 years. Never a problem. Even after I retired, they'll still be "my credit union."

Opened my account as a part-time employee in the medical school in 1984, after changing to a full-time position on the main campus in 1986 finally left JHU in 1988 but kept the account.  I haven't been in Baltimore since 1996 and have moved several times since then, but the credit union is a constant.  Always get good help when I call, on-line access is easy; no reason to change after all these years.  Good job!

I have been a JHFCU member since 1998. My opinion is JHFCU is the best credit Union there is, from car loans, personal loans, winter wonder loans, skip a payment, they have been there for me so many times, I love my credit union.

Sharon is, hands down, the best loan officer I have ever worked with, from any financial institution. She knows her business thoroughly, is always kind, patient and thoughtful, and never places herself above the customer.

I have been a member with the Johns Hopkins Federal Credit Union for several years and I have been pleased since opening my accounts with them. When I purchased a used car at Carmax, they made the process smooth and seamless. The customer service I have received when traveling has been great as well. They contacted me immediately when my debit card was compromised a few years ago. The level of security precautions that they take are second to none. I am highly pleased with my membership at the Johns Hopkins Federal Credit Union and thank them for all that they do for members

Reopened my account after several years because I was in car market and they had excellent loan rates. From the time I sat down with my customer service rep (Tiaira) to walking out with a blank check loan took only 20 minutes. Great customer service and a rate the car dealer could not touch. The 1% rebate was a cherry on the top..

I know that everyone is extremely busy at the CU so I called the day before around 4:50p to follow-up on my loan status.   I want to commend Ms. Tina Horn for her exceptional help in getting my loan processed.  When I opened my email this morning, I was very pleased to find Ms. Horn’s e-mail regarding my approved loan.  I truly appreciate her time and effort in helping me.  It has made all the difference for me to know that I can take care of important things now.  Kudos to the electronic process it was very easy and efficient.

Kathy & Diane have been wonderful to work with. We did all this work over the phone and as a working mother of 3 children, I appreciated all the time saved. I am renovating my home, and have run into expenses I did not anticipate. I had already taken out a 20K loan, and still needed more cash to pay contractors. I called, and the representative answered, helped me kindly, and had my loan re-upped to the 20K in a very short period of time. I will now be able to complete and sell my house. Thank you!!!
