For transaction disputes, your first step is contacting the merchant directly. They can often resolve issues faster by reversing incorrect charges. If the problem persists, you can contact JHCU, and we'll assist you in filing a claim through Visa. Keep in mind, this process may take up to 120 days.

If you discovered fraudulent or suspicious transactions associated with your credit card, please contact us at 410-534-4500 or 1-800-543-2870 as soon as possible to prevent further damage.
