1,*. PR=Annual Percentage Rate. 1.99% is the introductory rate for the first 12 months of account opening. Upon 12 months APR converts to Prime + 10.5% interest rate with a cap of 18%. Rates are based on applicants’ credit and the type of credit card and may vary.
2. Each point earns 0.90% in cash back rewards. For example, redeem 10,000 points for $90 in direct deposit. To be able to redeem points in cash back rewards, you must have an open JHCU checking account with a Visa debit card. Once points are redeemed, it may take up to five business days for the direct deposit to post to the checking account.
For every $1 you spend in purchases using your JHFCU Visa Rewards, you earn 2 times (X) points for groceries, 3X points for dining, 4X points for utilities, 5X points for travel and transportation, including gas, hotels, airfare, and auto rental purchases, and 1X points for all other purchases. Points can then be redeemed for merchandise, travel, or gift cards.
3. Fee for foreign purchases is 1% of each transaction in U.S. dollars. Balance transfer fee is $5 or 2% of the amount of each transfer, whichever is greater. Cash advance fee is $5 or 2% of the amount of each advance, whichever is greater.
4. Cards are typically processed within 3 to 5 days before being mailed.
