NEW ONLINE BANKING

JHFCU’s new online banking system is up and running!  We realize there will be some adjustment to learn the new system, but we ask for your patience.  This is just the first step of our new online banking system.  In the next few months you will see more innovative features and functionality.

Some important notes:

If you do not see the answer to your question below, please click here for other Frequently Asked Online Banking Questions.

  • Cross Account Access did not change. If you had this access in the old site, you will have it in the new site.

  • QUICKEN will work through "web connect" (not "direct connect") for Quicken 2009 or higher at this time. To use web connect please:

    • Log into your account

    • Hover over "accounts" (located in the top menu bar)

    • Click on “export”

    • Choose the account you want to export

    • Choose the export format of “Quicken Web Connect”

    • Click the “Download Data” button

  • ALL BILL PAYMENT information, including payees and scheduled payments, carried over in the conversion.  The site will look the same as our old site for bill payment.  Just click on the Bill Pay Tab.

  • ALL E-statements carried over to the new site.

  • Online Scheduled Recurring Transfers (e.g. Checking to Savings, or transfers from your Savings/Checking to a Loan that you set up in online banking) will need to be set up again. Unfortunately the old records could not be converted.

  • Alerts were not converted either—so if you had some set up,  you will need to establish them again.  However, there are several more Alert choices now available.

  • FinanceWorks is no longer available, but we have a new new personal financial management tool, MoneyDesktop, which allows you to budget, track expenses, and add in external accounts to see your financial picture.

  • For more information, refer to the Winter Money Matters

To begin using our new online banking, ALL members must REGISTER first - See button at left (in the future you will simply log in or new users will click the First-Time User link).   The system will ask you for your account number and 4-digit TeleBranch24 PIN. In most cases, this is the same PIN you use for online banking.  If it doesn’t work, call 410-534-4500.

You will also need to verify your zip code, birth date, and last 4 digits of your Social Security Number.  If you live abroad, click the “No Zip Code” box.  If you do not have a Social Security Number, call JHFCU for a special code.

Once the system has verified your identity, you will set up a User Name and Password for all future access.

Check out our new site and MoneyDesktop.  Watch for new enhancements in the next few months including mobile banking!
