Internet and Phone Access
With JHFCU’s Student Checking, you automatically receive your statement electronically (so it won’t clog your dorm mailbox). You can view your statements by logging into your account clicking on the Account Access tab, then “Online Statements” link. You will receive an e-mail notification as soon as your most recent statement is uploaded and available for viewing.
Online Bill Payment
With Student Checking, you also automatically get Online Bill Payment free, as long as you pay at least one bill per month.* You can even set up automatic recurring payments for amounts and due dates that don’t change, like car loan or insurance payments, so you don’t even have to think about it. The money is debited from your Share Draft Checking account and sent to the vendor either electronically or by check.
Direct Deposit and Payroll Deduction
If you receive a paycheck, you can also have all or part of it automatically deposited each payday into your JHFCU account through direct deposit or payroll deduction. You can also split your payroll deposit between multiple JHFCU accounts, or use it to pay off Credit Union loans. Log onto www.jhfcu.org or stop by a branch to find out how to set up direct deposit
or a deduction today.*JHFCU’s Online Bill Payment is free with the Student Checking account as long as you pay at least one bill per month. Otherwise, it’s $4.95 per month after the initial grace period.
