Additional Disclosures
Automated Teller Machine (ATM) Card, VISA® Check Card, Moneyline Express, TeleBranch 24, and the Internet Branch
These Services are subject to the rules and regulations of the Credit Union, and especially the following Rules and Regulations for VISA® Check and ATM Cards, TeleBranch 24/Internet Branch access and Moneyline Express:
- The Credit Union will issue access devices (card and Personal Identification Numbers or PINs) to share and share draft account holders in good standing. PINs for your ATM Card or VISA® Check Card may be, and most likely will be, different than your PIN for TeleBranch 24 and the Internet Branch access. The PIN for TeleBranch 24 will be the same PIN for the Internet Branch. If you change your PIN for TeleBranch 24, you will also be changing your PIN for the Internet Branch, and vice versa. The access devices (card and/or PINs) and will remain the property of the Credit Union and we may, at our sole discretion, require the return of an access device or, upon notice to the member, have the device deactivated.
- The service access devices and PINs are for the use of our members only. The right to use the service may not be transferred or assigned.
- You are responsible for using reasonable care to protect your ATM Card, VISA® Check Card, their associated PINs, your TeleBranch 24 PIN and your Moneyline Express Personal Security Code (PSC) or PIN. In the event a family or household member uses your cards, PINs, or PSC, we will presume that you intended them this authorization.
- You agree not to make our permit to be made any illegal transactions on your account through the use of a Card, a check, or in any other manner. We may deny authorization for any Internet gambling transaction.
