Our Phone Service Representatives are responsible for promoting positive
member relations by assisting members in an inbound call center with proper
information and/or by directing them to appropriate areas. Phone Service
Representatives must display, exceptionally well-developed communication
skills, courtesy and discretion at all times. Qualified candidates must
have a High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one (1)
year customer service experience in a credit union or banking environment
preferred. The minimum starting salary for this position is $25,000.

The credit union is currently seeking professional individuasl to provide exceptional member service at all times. Tellers are responsible for performing teller transactions fluently and with outstanding accuracy. Tellers must also be comfortable with educating members about JHFCU products and services. Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma and a minimum of six (6) months teller or one (1) year cash handling experience. Candidates must also have excellent verbal communication skills and possess the ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast paced and challenging environment with professionalism. This floater position which is based at our East Monument Street office will perform a variety of duties/services by working as an MSR, Phone Services Representative, and Teller at any of the branch locations. This position will respond to member inquires pertaining to products and services and assist members in balancing accounts and researching account problems, as well as cross selling credit union financial products and services. Excellent verbal communication skills are a must. A High School diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum two years customer service experience in a financial services environment, or at least one year loan processing experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
